These amazing beads are made by hand using the very old technique of lamp work. We recently visited Jablonec, Czech Republic, the Czech glass bead making capital of the world. We visited several "factories" and hand chose some of the most beautiful beads in the world. The bead is similar to Venetian Foil in that gold foil is on the inside of the glass. The outer glass is clear which shows the gold foil with
