Winged Hive Tyrant An important aspect of Winged Hive Tyrant is that it doesnt require the creatures it grants to have +1/+1 counters

This does still require a lot of setups, which is why it doesnt rank higher than this, but I can see a lot of decks wanting this card and also finding it very rewarding to build around it as the commander

Creatures are monster cards, and have a health and attack value

There's a small Astral Slide package to get a bit more value out of the powerful enchantment

I assume most decks are going to be running four copies of Nest Ball to freely search for their Basic Pokemon, and it's likely going to stay like that until we get a better replacement (if we even get one)
