This is great with a fun new permanent matters concept

This is the only card in the deck that has anything to do with the Ring tempting you, and your opponents may simply vote against it if itd really benefit you

This card is what allows Arceus V-Star to attack as early as turn two and start powering up the rest of your attackers in your deck, which is literally insane

While players may think that there shouldnt be a ban list for this powerful format, it does make sense to me, although it could maybe do with some tweaking

Plus, six more EX cards are yet to be unveiled, promising even more powerful additions
